- Cancellation with 48+ hours notice: Full refund of the consultation fee
- Cancellation with 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of the consultation fee
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: No refund will be provided
- No-show: No refund will be provided
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled consultation. In such cases, rescheduling is available as an alternative to cancellation, subject to availability and with adequate notice.
Financial Planning Packages
For comprehensive financial planning packages:
- Cancellation before initial consultation: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation after initial consultation but before delivery of financial plan: 50% refund
- Cancellation after delivery of financial plan: No refund will be provided as the service has been fully delivered
Ongoing Advisory Services
For subscription-based ongoing advisory services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the current billing period
- No refund will be issued for any prior billing periods
Digital Products
E-Books, Reports, and Guides
Due to the digital nature of these products:
- All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed
- If you have not downloaded the product and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, we may consider issuing a refund at our discretion
Online Courses and Webinars
For our educational content:
- Pre-recorded courses: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course
- Live webinars:
- Cancellation 7+ days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellation 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the event: No refund
- If a live webinar is canceled or rescheduled by MalayFinance, you will be offered the option of attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund
Subscription-Based Digital Services
For premium content subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 30 days of the renewal date
Corporate Services and Workshops
For corporate financial education workshops and services:
- Cancellation 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation 14-30 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the event: No refund
Corporate clients may reschedule workshops with at least 14 days' notice without penalty, subject to availability.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and the order/transaction number
- Explain the reason for your refund request

Exceptions and Special Circumstances
